Refund policy
All sales are final.
Many of our items are handmade, one of a kind, limited edition, or are on consignment, which makes returns very tricky.
We generally do not do returns, though sometimes we can swing an exchange.
Damages and issues
We try our best to package everything carefully enough to get to you unscathed.
Please contact us immediately if any of your items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Apparel may be exchanged in store for a different size of the same brand.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges on original art, sale items, or gift cards.
Refunds
If there is a mix up on our end, we will refund you back to the card you used to pay for your order.
Handmade Toledo runs an online shop & also a brick + mortar with the same inventory, overselling of items sometimes happen. For example, if the item you are purchasing is selling really fast in store and the webstore is taking a minute to sync it might not reflect that item as sold out yet. Or if someone just grabbed the last one off the shelf right before we received and began fulfilling you order. In these sorts of cases, we can offer you a refund or sometimes an exchange for a similar item.
