Shakti Shake flows seamlessly through the elements, beginning with the grounding energy of Earth, moving into the fluidity of Water, harnessing the transformative power of Fire, embodying the lightness of Air, and expanding into the spaciousness of Ether. This dynamic practice integrates intentional breathwork, movement, dance, meditation, and more, honoring the unique qualities of each element through sound and movement.

As you flow through the practice, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection to your own cyclic nature, the changing seasons, and the dynamic energy of Shakti within. Each segment of the practice serves to awaken and align the body, mind, and spirit, releasing a deeper sense of self and well-being.

For the first 15 minutes, we’ll explore the textures, sounds, and embodiments of each Element, discussing their significance and how they deepen our connection to the natural rhythms of Life, particularly in relation to the changing Seasons. I’ll also introduce the concept of Shakti (the Divine Feminine) to enrich our understanding and fuel the movement practice. To cultivate a sense of community, we’ll engage in light sharing at the beginning and end of class.

We generally do not do returns, though sometimes we can swing an exchange.
